Emails are monitored regularly but please allow 24 hours at weekends.

Alternatively telephone us on 0800 988 1545 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 4.30pm) and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help.

Before ordering Contact Lenses, please check the following:


  • That your contact lens prescription (this is different to your spectacle prescription) is a UK prescription, in date and not expired.

 

  • The lens type you are ordering corresponds to the lens type you have been prescribed. We reserve the right to deny supply of contact lenses where a valid prescription is not available.

 

  • Please do not order lenses, based on your wearing schedule, in quantities that will stretch beyond the expiry date of the prescription. 

 

  • If you are trialling lenses please complete your trial before ordering.

 

    Your optician has a legal requirement to supply you with a copy of your prescription, always ask for this when you have had a check up. If you have a copy of your prescription please fax it to 01706 829995 or email it to us at enquiries@yatesandsuddell.co.uk If you do not have a copy don't worry we can contact your optician and request it for you although they may require you to contact them with your consent before releasing it.

    If you are wearing an optician own branded lens please email us and we will advise you further.
